1. Information we collect

When you create a ServCall workspace from the iOS app, we collect your name, email address, business name, and trade (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical). When your AI agent handles inbound calls, we process call audio in real time to generate transcripts, classify urgency, and extract structured caller details (name, callback number, service address, issue summary).

2. How we use your information

  • To operate your AI agent and answer your business’s incoming calls
  • To generate call transcripts, extracted leads, and analytics in your app
  • To deliver push notifications when emergencies or new leads arrive
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts)
  • To improve the agent’s emergency detection and intake quality

3. Call recordings and transcripts

While a call is in progress, the caller’s audio and a live transcript are sent to Google’s Gemini API so the AI receptionist can respond in real time. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. No other third party receives call content. Recordings are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted; transcripts are kept as long as your workspace is active or until you delete your account. Caller phone numbers and addresses are captured to enable callback and routing — we do not sell or share caller data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data security

All data is transmitted over TLS. Call recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel via single sign-on with hardware MFA.

5. Third-party services

  • Google Gemini (live AI voice processing) — receives caller audio and the live transcript while a call is in progress so it can drive the AI receptionist. See Google’s privacy policy. You are asked to consent to this processing before your AI receptionist goes live; you can revoke consent at any time by disabling the line in the app.
  • Twilio (telephony carrier) — provisions the US phone number that receives calls and bridges the audio stream. Twilio sees call metadata (caller ID, duration) and the encrypted audio passing through its network.
  • Apple In-App Purchase — handles your subscription billing. Apple receives only your transaction data; we do not see your payment card.

Each processor handles data per its own privacy terms and our data processing agreements. ServCall does not share caller data with any other third party.

6. Your rights and account deletion

You may access, update, or delete your workspace data at any time from within the iOS app: Settings → Delete Account fully removes your workspace, leads, calls, transcripts, and bookings within seven days. For data export, email support@servcall.ai.
